Aloha, South Elgin!

Poke Bros Introduces New Fast Casual Restaurant Location in South Elgin, IL

South Elgin, IL: After the soaring popularity of the poké bowl food chain across the Midwest and the East Coast, Poke Bros. is poised to open their newest in South Elgin, IL catering to a ravenous crowd of avid sushi fans and healthy foodies that are ready to dive into the delicious world of fresh Hawaiian-style poké.

Poké is a traditional Hawaiian cuisine, the word referring to the cubed uncooked fish central to the dish. The three young co-founders of Poke Bros started bringing this island sensation from the California coasts to the midwest in 2016. Offering fresh, mouth-watering cubed fish alongside fresh-cut vegetables and traditional flavorings on a bed of steamed rice, the poké bowl is both healthy and tasty.

The Poke Bros. fast casual restaurant concept centers around the familiar assembly line model popularized by franchises like Chipotle and allows guests to “build your own” poké bowl with a variety of diverse ingredients. They also offer a handful of Signature Bowls for the newbie as well as lighter snacks like poké nachos, seaweed salad, and refreshing Mochi ice cream.

The newest location for the franchise can be found at 346 S Randall Rd, South Elgin, IL 60177. Given the popularity of the restaurant chain in other markets, the owners of Poke Bros. expect a large audience of hungry customers to line up for the Grand Opening, slated for June 17th, 2021 at 11:00AM.  Curious locals are encouraged to learn more online at where they can subscribe to the  mailing list for special discounts and on social media @eatpokebros.
