Look out Charleston, Poke Bros. is officially moving in! We are excited to introduce our fast casual concept for Hawaiian Style Fresh Fish to the community of Charleston as we continue to expand the Poke Bros chain nationwide. We have worked hard to bring the West Coast trend of Poké to the East Coast and we could not have done it without our loyal customers!

For those who are new to the poké trend, let’s dive a little deeper into the phenomena. Poké originated in Hawaii as a simple street food of cubed fresh catch fish in a variety of sauces for flavoring. Poké eventually made it to California where it evolved into the rice and veggie laden bowls that are sweeping the main lands.

Think of it as sushi in a bowl.

We provide our recommended Signature Bowls, or you can build your own bowl any way you want! (We always love a BYOB party.) The bowls start with a base of rice, salad or chips. Next, you choose your protein! We offer a wide variety, ranging from fresh cut salon, tuna, shrimp, and even chicken. Choose from a selection of toppings, such as edamame, avocados, tempura flakes, and a ton of other yummy ingredients. Top with one of our famous sauces and you have yourself a healthy, delicious bowl of flavor!

We offer a fast-casual restaurant style, meaning if you’re in a hurry it’s easy to drop in, build-your-bowl, and hit the road. Of course, you’re welcome to eat in-house too!
