We are excited to introduce our fast casual concept for Hawaiian Style Fresh Fish to the state of Tennessee as this is our very first mall location! Wait, What Is Poké?
For those who are new to the poké trend, let’s dive a little deeper into the phenomena. Poké originated in Hawaii as a simple street food of cubed fresh catch fish in a variety of sauces for flavoring. Poké eventually made it to California where it evolved into the rice and veggie laden bowls that are now sweeping the main lands.
We provide our recommended Signature Bowls, or you can build your own bowl any way you want! (We always love a BYOB party.) The bowls start with a base of rice, salad or chips. Next, you choose your protein! We offer a wide variety ranging from fresh cut salmon, tuna, steamed chicken or shrimp, and even tofu! Choose from a selection of toppings such as edamame, avocados, tempura flakes, and a ton of other yummy ingredients. Top with one of our famous sauces and you have yourself a healthy, delicious bowl of flavor!
